Job Description:
Excel in reading tape measure and perform math skills.
Excel in tool usage and understanding.
Ability to perform precise layout and drill out procedures
Ability to assemble and install electrical components.
Good knowledge in electrical control theory
Excel in wiring Op-stations & control panels
Ability to perform Input / output trouble shooting techniques
Ability to perform motor control and start up testing.
Ability to perform prewire technician and cable duties.
Perform quality assurance.
Material control
Exhibit team leader skills
Responsibilities:
Responsible for their safety and others.
Assist in improving lower skilled personnel
Responsible for their workstation area
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in construction field.
Verifiable electrical coursework.
At least 4 years of experience in industrial control wiring.

Ability to lead team members efficiency
Ability to perform prewire and cable duties in leadership.
Excel in quality assurance.

Assist the supervisor in all management duties

Ability to create and maintain quality control documents.
Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in electrical quality control.
Electrical course work in control logic.
At least 9 years of experience in industrial controls.
At least 4 years of quality control experience.

CNC-MILL OPERATOR

CNC-MILL OPERATOR

Supervisor:

Job Description:
Ability to understand AutoCAD programs
Able to draft and design layouts in CAD.
Able to set-up, adjust and operate mills in order to perform precision machining operations.
Verifies settings by measuring positions and sample runs.
Maintains specifications by observing machine operations and monitoring speed rates.
Able to detect malfunctions: troubleshooting processes and adjusting controls.
Updates job knowledge by participation in educational opportunities and reading technical publications. Accomplishes organization goals by setting good working habits.
Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to achieve instructions and coordinate activities.
Report any abnormalities of the products and equipment immediately to the supervisors.
Ability to input data into proper forms.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for their work areas.
Responsible for the maintenance of the CNC machine.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Higher education preferred.
AutoCAD, Word and Excel proficiency
Organizational skills is a must.
Preferred 2 plus years experience.
Experience in electrical control panels is a plus.
